Seventh Season (92-37-10 Overall; 38-15-3 LSC)
LSC Tournament Champions + NCAA First Round
In his seventh year in charge of the women's soccer program at A&M-Commerce, Coach Piper led the Lions to their second LSC Championship in school history. The Lions finished the regular season with a 13-6-1 overall record, going 7-2 against LSC opponents. In the LSC Tournament, the Lions vanquished both Midwestern State (1-0) and West Texas A&M (2-1), leading the school to its third NCAA Tournament appearance. Unfortunately, the Lions fell in the first round to Regis by a score of 2-3.
Sophomore Tiffany Adams made school history by becoming the first member of the soccer program to receive All-American acclaim, capturing NSCAA Second Team honors. She led the Lions in goals (10) and points (24), while lifting the team with four game-winners. She was among four players to see action in all 24 games of the campaign, the others being Erin de Wolfe, Melissa Arnold and Cory Copeland. As per her usual, de Wolfe was the team leader in assists (13), racking up 23 points on the season. Bailey Gee
ls was the team's clutch performer, with a team-leading five game-winners. Between the pipes, Amber Ramoz compiled 94 saves and 6 shutouts for a 0.90 GAA and .832 save percentage.
